Bonnie J. Keys, MEd., BCBA, LBA

Bonnie J. Keys has a passion for helping neurodivergent individuals and their families to manage challenges and learn how to navigate their world. She has over 20 years of experience in ABA therapy, and her journey has been continuously driven by her love for the spice in life!

At just 16 years old, Bonnie knew what she wanted to do with her life: she wanted to become a BCBA and help children and families struggling to understand their neurodiversity. After working with a pre-verbal child with autism and his family using ABA techniques, she watched him read, talk, play, and become more outgoing and engaging. She knew ABA therapy was a special thing that could completely change the lives of those who struggle to learn new skills or gain/maintain motivation.

Bonnie was raised in East Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler with her B.A. in Psychology in 2012, and later pursued her M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis on ABA from Arizona State University in 2017. In 2019, she obtained her Board Certified Behavioral Analyst licensure and is certified to provide telehealth services in Arizona and direct services in Colorado. She is actively working towards her Ph.D. in Psychology at Capella University focused on consultation and service efficacy in current ABA practices and implementation of parental involvement using a tiered service model. She also specializes in captivating a child's motivation and strengthening the value of natural reinforcement in a person's existing social structure and environment.
